THEIR MISSION Fatin & Irene met by fate. One day, the two mommies of 2 lovely children were talking and having a chocolate cake and ice cream at a well known café in the city. They thought “wouldn’t it be nice if we could have desserts and not feel guilty? Imagine if we could feed our kids all these and not worry about the sugar level!”
And then, that’s it. They begin their mission to change the way Malaysians eat. Knowing how sweet tooth Malaysians can be, they were on a mission to provide healthier options for desserts and make healthy treats the preferred choice.

THE PROCESS OF MAKING THE CAKE
Step 1: Soaking the cashews 90% of the cake ingredients are cashews. It is important to ensure that the cashews are soaked for at least 5-6 hours, overnight is the best, before it is being blended into cashew cream.
Step 2: The cake base Dates, mix of nuts like hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts, are blended together with raw cacao powder and a pinch of Himalayan salt until the mixture become sticky and perfect texture to press firmly onto the base of the cake moulds. We like to keep our base a little on the chunky side to balance the rich and creamy texture of the cake.
Step 3: The cake layers We use a powerful blender to blend the cashews until creamy texture. The desired flavor will then be added to each layer of the cake. Flavours are from natural fruits like lemon, banana, raspberries, and blueberries. We combine 2 layers in the cake to give you a truly RAWesome experience.
Step 4: Freezing the cakes Our concept is RAW. We freeze the cakes. That means all the nutrients of the ingredients that come in the cakes like extra virgin coconut oil, raw cacao butter, nuts and fruits remains intact. Cakes are frozen for at least 6 hours before it is being taken out of the mould and decorated
Step 5: Handcrafting the cakes All cakes are artfully handcrafted to make it look as good as it taste. After all, we eat with our eyes first so the cakes have too look beautifully delicious.
